Epic Announces 6x XP E3 Week For Gears of War 2

In honor of next week’s E3, Epic Games have announced they will be holding a 6x--count ‘em, 6x--XP event for its freshly updated Gears of War 2

Epic's Rod Fergusson confirmed via Twitter that the weeklong event will start on June 14 at 9am EDT and last until 9am EDT at June 21.

I know it's going to be hard for you diehard Gears fans to pull yourselves away from the 6x madness next week, but don't forget about E3, because G4 and G4tv.com are going to bringing you more coverage than you'll know what to do with, so you'd better be there to enjoy it. That is, of course, you'd rather not find out all about Gears of War 3

MW2 should have a 6x week too. Lower the value of all the hacked 10th prestiges a bit.

Well 10th prestige people on MW2 think they are the Sh1t and hardly any are actually legit. I remember when I first got COD4, if you ran into a 10th prestige, you were in trouble. Then as time wore on more and more people got their and it wasn't as evident, but it still meant something. I wouldn't have prestiged at all if I knew everyone would be cheating.
