Xbox offers free Halo Reach or Fable 3 with 12 month Xbox Live renewal

Xbox are reportedly offering full games to those who purchase a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription.
Priced at $59.99, Microsoft is offering a choice of the following games:
*Halo Reach
*Fable 3
*Kinectimals
*Kinect Sports
According to online reports, within a week of subscribing you will be sent instructions to redeem the game of your choice and it will arrive via post in between 8-10 weeks.
We're unsure how long this offer will last and it can be spotted on the Dashboards of current Free account holders.
