Im sure all of you who follow hockey heard about ovechkins goal celebration a couple nights ago, well heres what don cherry had to say about it...
Now I like don cherry, but honestly he rides crosbys nuts soooo bad!
Don Cherry is all about how canadian hockey players are respectful and dont show off,
Theres an example, but honestly he takes it way to far, he pretty much always implys that americans and russians show off and arent "pure"
Ovechkin rules, don cherry has lost some of my respect.

Meh, I don't think that Ovechkin did anything too bad with his celebration, I just think that he is too cocky at times when he shouldn't be. Like when Crosby got hurt and was going down the runway, Ovechkin was tapping his stick on the boards like as ass. He's a good player, but he needs to learn to control himself. Besides, the only reason Ovechkin has more goals than Malkin or Crosby is because he takes like 10 times more shots than them. He's bound to score more goals if he's a puck hog.

the penguins have better players than the caps. on any night crosby could be on a line with malkin and i dunno if hes still on the team, staal?
who does ovechkin have? greens ok....semins good. ovechkin needs to take lots of shots because if he passed more his teammates wouldnt be able to finish.
who else is on the pens? im curious now lol.

It dosnt bother me....he's good.....so why not......its not like theres a set rule that no one can celebrate.....let him soak it up.....and one day he might show off too much and make himself look like an idiot because he'd screw up in some way...but whatever let him do it

Well, the Pens 1st line is Kunitz, Crosby, and Guerin. Their 2nd line is Sykora, Malkin, and Fedotenko. Staal is on the 3rd line with Kennedy and Cooke, and their 4th line is Dupuis, Talbot, and Godard/Adams. Yeah, the Pens got some pretty good players at the trade deadline with Kunitz and Guerin. Pens are in the playoffs, 5th seat. PENS OWN!
