Don't buy the wireless adapter for the 360, READ THIS FIRST

Ok, so, the wireless adapters for the 360 are a big SCAM.
To get your 360 wireless all you need to do is buy a $12 cable.
The cable is called a CAT5E crossover cable I cannot stress how important it is that you get that one.
After you get that cable, connect it to your laptop / desktop near the 360 and then to the 360. Enable internet connection sharing
in properties of your wireless connection. Go to start > connect to> show all connections > right click on wireless internet connection> properties >
advanced > check internet connection sharing > press ok > enjoy!

the one for ps3 actually gives you better connection and makes your downloads faster

yea, but what happens if it fucks up your 360? or you don't do it right and then bam your out of whatever money and a 360...

The adapter just hooks up and is fully compatible, There's no chance of it messing up the 360.

There is no chance it would mess up the 360 crappy -.- , it doesn't void any warranties or anything like that either. It's just in case you want an alternative to buying a wireless adapter...

Yeah I know but still that is $25 compared to $12 for the crossover, that's all i'm saying, plus you can get the cable at a radio shack when you have to wait for the ebay. w/e do what ya'll wanna do. I'm just trying to be helpful here, bc i'm a nerd (proud of it too )
