Ok so me and my sister have been working on my dad for about 2 months trying to get him to say yes to a puppy and we finally did!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a German Sheaprd Black Lab mix. He is 8 weeks old. =]

Named Harry!!!!!!!!!!!!


And here is Jake. He is a 11 year old Yellow lab. i had him since i was 4.

i like german shepards. they grow wayyy to fast tho lol.

i have a 10 year old black lab(mix) named griffey (yes after ken griffey JR the baseball player who is my brothers all time fav)(and no its not a racial thing it just happened to be the name we picked and he happened to be a black dog lol)

I got my dog from a breeder too.

Breeders are bad people.
why pay $100's of dollars for a animal when you can go rescue a dog that is on death row for like $5?
Millions of animals are slaughtered because of this practice.
Also Breeders cage there Bitches, let them out to breed, then lock them up and start the process over again. Its a terrible life for an animal.

The whole idea of forced reproduction comes off as a 'bit disturbing to me. Although, i suppose, it is for the better. Or at least that is what dog breeders and supporters of it would want us to believe.

Puppy mills are bad, the people that "Buy" animals from them are ignorant because they are uneducated on the subject.
I have spent a good part of my life teaching the facts and rescuing animals.
