Anybody fed up with the EA Sports Monopoly on the NFL?

There is a class action suite going on against EA sports for illegally building a monopoly on NFL games, as well as College Football.
The judge has agreed to hear the case and it's a huge class action lawsuit. If EA loses then everyone that signed up for it will get a full refund from any Madden or College Football game they have purchased since 2006.

Madden is terrible Gravedigger, when you look at NFL 2k5 that game is still the best NFL of all time, online leagues, gang tackles, the crib, great running mechanics, strong passing game, vip profile save feature, which lets you save a online friends profile so you can play against his tendencies even if he isn't online, the computer runs there plays like they would.
To top it off 2k Sports was selling these games for $19.99, that year I bought ESPN NFL 2k5 on Xbox and PS2 and MLB 2k5 all for the same price as Madden alone!

Sports games are the biggest ripoff, 2k realized this and set a price that was amazing.
Now EA lost a ton of money and came in 2nd place that year, so they buy the rights to the NFL and college games, meaning there shitty product is the only game in town.

They have no competition, so why make it better? PEOPLE WILL BUY IT NO MATTER WHAT.
Fuck that!
