I've gotten my download speeds up from 22Mbps to 38Mbps with my new gigabit setup so this one has been helpin me, lol... I too get host like crazy unless my bros are playin online as well or if I have torrents on

lol, swk, post a speed test right here and prove that your internet is fater then CG's... We basically have the same internet provider and the same speed but it's just different routers so post that "faster speed" here, lol
