dude not to be an ass but your are so terrible with graphics bro or are you just throwing these things up as a joke? or are you actually trying? look up tutorials on youtube or google for god sake save some face dude

It's not good. Not to be mean, you might need to look up some tutorials or something bro.
Are you using gimp or paint.net? You need to layer things, maybe use pre-made backgrounds. Blend them a bit, maybe work on the contrasts a bit more, that blue and white are terrible.

Try to make the picture, in general, a little darker... Remember, the banner is sitting on a solid black layout... The blue is good, but watch out for all that white... You can even make the white transparent and it could look like the background is basically the layout.. That's how some of my old clans did it and it looked pretty sweet... I've even done that with my sigs from time to time... And if you put the characters in there, don't put a layer over them like that... You could put a less obstructive level over them, but don't hide them... You're getting there dude
