This looks like it's going to be good. I would get it if a couple of you other L4D fans get it too. ie. Fusion, GD, Fut. It'll add more levels and story etc..

is it going to be something you have to get from xbl market place or buy from gamestop. and do i have to own any of the l4d to play this one.

You need to own L4D1, then it's DLC from the marketplace, but it's only like 480 MSP.
