For the people who have multiple consoles (360 & PS3 specifically) these reviews are interesting.

This site does "Face-Off" reviews of multi-plat titles on 360 and PS3, compares the differences, they're very unbiased, they don't even take into account the online play or anything like that, just what system offers the game in terms of graphics and smoothness/glitches/etc.

I found the COD: Black Ops on pretty interesting: it's right here.
