What are we fighting for?

So what crapgamer is playing gears 3. I understand he is the leader and we all want him by our side when we play and everything. But when you think about it we all need a break from Blops, Cod, what ever game we play. I play MLB, crappy has gears, Mr.X has runescape, Fusion has dragon age. You can't always expect the leader to play the same game as you constantly.

Now the people we had doing matches on Blops we were all leaders. We all lead that game, we didn't need cg to be by our side for that StUfF to baby us through gb. We took that team for the most part to 7-0 without him so why do we need him by our side? Lets all think about what were doing here.

Poison i don't know what has gotten into you bro. I know you got a lot going on with your life and stuff bro but remember we game to get away from reality and forget our problems not to cause more. I mean I really like you bro but it seemed like you were leading that StUfF, I would of never expected Mr.X and ICM to react the way they did and follow you.

I hope we can get all this StUfF straightened out and ya'll will come back and we can work this StUfF out. As for right now why don't we all take a break for a couple days and just relax and not burn anymore bridges in the process. Because right now ya'll got me on a sticky spot here, I like crappy and all them and I don't wanna leave, I like doing the site and the dumb Butt xbox and ps3 post but I like gaming with you guys. I don't wanna have to choose between gaming with you guys and being {MOH}.

I posted it in general for a reason. I don't give a flying f.u.c.k if fevens sees it. Its normal clan drama all the other stalkers can kiss my indecisive A.S.S crack. So please move it back, i put it in general so the guys who left can see it and can reconsider their decision.

There isn't much more that I can say. I didn't want to have it end like this, but when I get barraged on the chat by like six people all complaining and saying I am a bad leader I have to take action. To top it off they were all being very immature with the chat box icons when I was trying to be serious.

Bottom line is all of those people complaining have left at one time or another and I chose to let them back. When this clan started I had much more time to dedicate to it, now I am busier. Though as I proved I was still top 3 when it came to time on Black Ops.

I asked them over and over again what they wanted, my gut told me they were conspiring against me and they were all pretty ticked off, mostly that I let Hellhammer and Grave and Shotty be leaders when they are inactive. Also as I said, I wasn't sure what they wanted, I asked them over and over again and they were like "Lead more" and I was like "How so?" and they were like "Be active". Well considering I was one of the most active on Black Ops, and that was with me working all the time amongst other things, I do not see what else could have been done.

When Black Ops came out I said I was burnt out on it a bit and also said I was taking a backseat to leading that game, for the first time ever I wouldn't be fully leading a game for us. We have other leaders who I thought could step up, I made everyone a Captain on the teams so they can get matches whenever they wanted. I showed up for every practice, even coming off split shifts at work ect..

Not sure what else I could have done, but the immaturity level of some of those guys really bothers me, plus the ungrateful nature. They all seem to have short memories. In reality We have NEVER been an active clan this time of year, we always get more active in the Summer.

The funnies part to me is I got made fun of like no other, "Your as bad as crapgamer" ect.... I mean if I was so bad, why care if I am active? Their logic just didn't make sense.

I will say the whole competitive gaming thing has become unsavory, I want to play competitively, but I think we wont be back up and running till Summer. The clan will survive, people will be active and some old friends will come back. Bottom line is from here on out is, I will be respected by any members that come this way.

No short term memory for the people that stick, I've sunk 4 years of my life into this clan, over $1000 in servers, sites, getting rid of ads and other things. I spent days working on strategies, sending out messages to teams, recruiting, posting and do other things to keep this clan and site going and people are so quick to forget.

It really makes me regret some things, mostly I regret not listening to Mr.x and I let poison back in the clan, he brings the people around him down. I give people too many chances and am too easy and laid back most of the time.

So for anyone that isn't on board is welcome to leave, I don't want any hostility towards these other people that left, we each go our own way. I have nothing bad to say towards them, but don't preach loyalty while standing behind me holding the knife which is in my back.

I regret letting fusion back in the clan tbh, striker grave and I didnt want him back and OH LOOK he left AGAIN for the SAME BULLSHIT REASONS

You live and learn, not sure what those guys wanted, but I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. I stuck up for those guys for a long, long time. During them ranting at me they never told me exactly what they wanted.

I think they said several times that they want you to play blops more and StUfF.

I'm just saying you may say all this StUfF right now about them but you will miss gaming with them.

Crappy and mostly everyone else will miss ICM and MRX the most.

People come and go SWK. It's the name of the game. These are gaming people though and not friends. We all move on at some point.
