I get free games and things mostly, they send out review copies and codes for games before they come out. So I've been lucky enough to get those. I was talking with a pretty big site last year that would have paid, but they wanted a bit too much from me per week. I get busy and there is no way I can write more then 3 articles or reviews a week. They wanted like 6.
