Activision and Treyarch have today launched the latest downloadable content (DLC) pack for the hugely successful Call of Duty: Black Ops. Known as Rezurrection, the DLC is available for Xbox 360 via the Xbox LIVE Marketplace now, and will launch on PC and PlayStation 3 next month.
Call of Duty: Black Ops – Rezurrection features five maps for the fan-favourite Zombie mode, four of which are remakes of the most popular Call of Duty: World at War maps: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese. All four of these maps were included in the Hardened and Prestige editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops from launch. However, the fifth map is a brand new addition. Known as Moon, this latest revision of the Zombie mode ruleset sees players take the action into outer space. The DLC pack will also include a special Moon Xbox 360 Dashboard theme and the official Zombies soundtrack, featuring three new tracks.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Hardened and Prestige edition owners can download Rezurrection for free, seeing as they already own the bulk of the content. Simply by visiting your Download History option, you can re-download the classic pack you already own and the fresh download will include the new Moon map, soundtrack and theme.
