Maybe Asap will stop complaining? Modern Warfare 3 update to address 'laggy' games

Infinity Ward community manager Robert Bowling has confirmed a massive update is in the works for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

The main focus of the update will be to rid the popular online shooter of "laggy" games, as well as a widespread problem of stat loss.

"Lots of #MW3 updates planned this week. We'll be addressing "laggy" games, stat loss prevention, & more. Pushing for pre-Holiday release!"

That means we'll be seeing an update before the American Thanksgiving holiday on November 24, so expect a November 24-25 launch in Australia.

Gamers have reportedly had their hard-earned stats wiped on Xbox 360 after "Dashboarding", or quitting directly to the game's main menu or the console's dashboard.
