Well it is a Gears Of War game, but from what I hear the weapons and pacing are a lot more like Gears 1. Since it's a prequel, the game obviously needed to have a Gears 1 type of fee/ They also got rid of some things like the weapon menu system, now you cycle with Y, and throw grenades with the bumper.
