This game is coming out on next gen Xbox and PlayStation, but it's also coming to Wii U, Xbox 360 and PS3, but probably wont look or play as good on those consoles as the newer ones.

No, it's coming to the next Xbox as well, they just couldn't say that because Microsoft hasn't announced it yet. The game is made by Ubisoft, a third party developer, so it'll come to every console out, even the Xbox 360 and PS3.
