All Xbox One games will be on dedicated servers, even COD.

One of the things that has been confirmed is that Microsoft will have 300 thousand dedicated servers up and running for the next Xbox, one of the reasons for this is because every single game that has multiplayer on the Xbox One will be run off dedicated servers hosted by Microsoft themselves.

So the next Xbox will be the only place to play COD on dedicated servers. You'll also be able to capture any gameplay footage, upload it, edit it and share it via Xbox Live and The Cloud. More info will be revealed at a later date.
