actually its not really good to work out early in the morning.....its been known to give people bad blood pressure and can maybe lead to diabetes......its a thing I heard from the discovery health channel and from a gym teacher....

Well I still weigh 126 and I sit down all the time... Hell, all my female friends say I have girl curves and they love them for some reason, lol... Also I never ate much and I don't work out either... May do some form of track next year since I love to run... Work out wise I'd just run in the afternoon or something... As far as working out at night, I heard that it could give you problems with sleeping if it's like activity and sleep like right after...
