On Saturday Jan.17th Metallica came to Philadelphia...two other friends and I went down to see them and let me just say, seeing them live is absolutely amazing....If you're a fan and you ever get a chance to see them then go for it.....seeing the live versions of the songs makes them even better...its a really cool thing...also the opening bands were pretty good...The Sword and Machinehead....the sword was pretty rocking but machinehead was sooo fuckin loud......oh and the pyrotechnics and lazer show were phenomenal....just thought I'd share my experience with you guys....there's also a ton of vids on youtube. If you're intrested then just look up like metallica philadelphia 2009 or just something from their 2009 tour...so just thought I'd throw that out there.
