NFL 2K5 Vs. Madden

This is a 5 year old game still doing things better then a new Madden game. Funny ethnic guy doing the video too.

Bullshit! EA is evil, instead of making a better product and outdoing people in actual games, they buy their way to the top. They even tried a hostile takeover of Take 2 which made GTA series.
They bought the NFL right's when their game was outclassed and outsold.
they even bought Bioware! Which really ticked me off......

i never played 2K5 but apparently it sucked because they don't make them anymore

It was the best Football game ever. All the 2K5 Sports games were loaded with features and priced only $19.99 new.
It outsold and outplayed Madden, so EA Sports bought exclusive right's to the NFL and now they are the only one allowed to use official NFL player's, stadiums, teams etc...
Pretty much they got their butt's kicked so they bought there way to the top.

Now with no competition for a NFL game they can just repeatedly put trash out on the market and people buy it.

This video is just showing off how a 5 year old game is still better then the newest Madden.

the show is the only good one thats why. my brothers a huge sports fan, knows like everything about sports lol. but all her plays are sports games and he has the show so i've played it with him a few times. graphics are nice even on PS2

I'd still stick with the 2K series for sports games. I always liked their mechanics on Baseball, Hockey, Football and Basketball games.

I wouldn't pay $60 for a new Sports game anyway.

XBox isn't evil, I mean at least they listened to what gamers wanted with the 360. They learned from their mistake of a pricey console with a lot of tech in it and opted for affordable with great online play.
They are not the one's buying out every software company because the competition has gotten to tough.

See when there is no competition, why bother putting out a decent product? people are going to buy it anyway.....People get lazy.
EA has a history of that. Sure they can come out with a decent game now and then, but they still try to gain a Monopoly on the industry.

NHL 2K9 is gay...they still use buttons to shoot the puck lol. In NHL 09 you use the analog stick...Now maybe NFL 2K games are better than Madden games, I don't really know because I don't play football games too often, but NHL 09 is better than NHL 2K9.

I always get the latest madden game for my wii, ps2 (soon to be 360), and my psp. I still play nhl 04, best hockey game ever. Never really played a basketball game except for nba live 2000 when I was a lot younger.

My favorite sports video game of all time is MLB Slugfest 20-04. It's the NFL blitz of baseball. Funniest/most action packed game ever. Pretty easy to get hits.

The Avg. Score for Bungie games are 9.25, I hardly call that crap. Even Marathon was beast! ODST is gonna rock out!

ugghhh, The one is a PS3 only game. I cant play Sports games on that. Also I don't trust IGN, I think they gave passable marks to failzone 2.
