| I kind of doubt it. Shame both teams will probably have a win vs. the Other and Yet Canada will probably get the gold. Seems like there should definitely be a Rubber Match. | |

| The pressure on the canadians is huge. Everything was cancelled for today including my hockey game. | |

| It was a great game. I mean I don't like nor watch Hockey but those Americans really had me hooked. Scoring a goal with 24 seconds left must have caused some strokes in some Canadians. Nobody can take away anything from the upstart Americans. The United States Broke the record for most medals of ALL TIME in a single Olympics and finished 1st.
In the end we beat them convincingly the first meeting and they needed OT to beat us the 2nd time. Who would win a rubber match? Who knows?
Good stuff.
In a losing effort the Americans Goalie Ryan Miller was the MVP. Rare for a player on the losing side to win the MVP award. | |
