Restructered council and promotions.

Our active senior council members were down to a paltry 4 people, well 5 including me. So I removed Onslaught, Smokedawg and Year since they aren't active.
They are still in the clan and we'll welcome them back if they decide to come back and be active.

So now the senior council will look like this

Junior Council will look like this

I am empowering Razgriz as the PS3 leader. We need a person to run thing's and not have to worry about answering to people. He takes over for Onslaught who is MIA.

Congratulations to the people who were promoted, I will say it was a tough choice for promotions and I only had 9 spots for regular council and that's why Mr.X only made junior for now. However it's always changing and depending on activity.

Also, I am looking for 1 maybe 2 more junior council members, most likely from the PS3 side, just to get them acquainted with how we run things and an idea of what they might have to due if called upon. So any suggestions would be great.
