Microsoft - Pricing Model = $150 Kinect

Assuming Kinect even launches at the max of $150, not even including bundle pack-ins with a console or anything else, its cheaper, this gains Microsoft a lot of play with the casual gamers who play in groups for party games, which is instant win for Microsoft whether you like those types of games or not, and of course they'll still be core games on it.

Also, due to Sony's tech dis-advantage, you can only have 2 of each for Move controllers & two navigation controllers or only 4 each move controllers, which is a severe disadvantage.

I brought this up earlier as well. I also said Sony confused their main audience with Move because when you say it's for "Hardcore" players as well as casual players, it scares off the Casuals, they don't want to play against hardcore gamers. I also think no hardcore gamer is going to want to be at a disadvantage in an online match using a motion control device against someone using a standard controller. Plus Move lags more and that was without it being online, so I am guessing there might be an even bigger delay once connected through the internet.
