Streaming live matches

I got this off the BFC. It seems to be the best bet.

EasyCap. 20 bucks. I use it for all my JTV videos.

Download Flash Media Live Encoder (google it). Put the video and audio as the USB settings. Click Start to start capturing

If you don't want to play on the small screen it gives you, buy splitters and audio/video cables

If it doesn't install correctly, google and download the driver for it

You can broadcast live over JustinTV. I can put up the stream by embedding it here.

I was seriously thinking about doing this too... I was going to use my phone instead since I still want to play in HD... But I'll try that out when I get the EVO 4G in a few days... There's gotta be an app for video streaming...

That Or I'm going to buy a 720p camera for my laptop and point it at my TV

Ya the more content the better. I know Saint was interested in this, plus it would be cool to schedule a match a few days in advance and then the clan can get together and watch it and schust.

Yeah, I first wanted to do it for those who had to sit out of battles and stuff so that they could at least watch... But I think it would be good for the clan too because you never know what you'll pick up while watching someone else

That's Saint playing. If you have an easy cap which is like $20 or any kind of capture card then you just use that to stream stuff live.
It's really easy.

Hmm... This will be pretty sweet when we embed the stream into the site... I'll work on getting my stuff ready to stream too... It'll be the 5th for sure if the EVO has some type of streaming app
