It hasn't happened to me yet, but occasionally when my brother plays NHL 11 on my xbox, the game will freeze and he'll have to restart the xbox. What should be done about it?

if its not happening all the time, check the disc and make sure its clean and make sure your xbox isn't dusty/etc, make sure its well ventilated.

Probably the game. If I were him I'd install the game to the HDD and play it from there. I had that problem with Dragon Age Origins so that is what I did and it was fine. You have to keep the 360 clean and ventilated like HH said as well. No dust, dirt ect.... Better to keep the 360 itself up on it's side as well.

Okay thanks guys. Yeah it's only happened in NHL 11 so that might be it. Could be dust, too. I haven't dusted it... ever.
