| So not sure who all watched the Video Game Awards on Spike TV last night but there were some nice announcements. Mass Effect 3 will be out Holiday season next year, Forza 4 will be coming out early next year, Elder Scrolls 5 the sequel to Oblivion is also set to come out Holiday season next year.
So next year is going to be a great year for gamers no matter what you like. Personally I'm really looking forward to Gears 3, Dragon Age 2, Mass Effect 3, Forza 4, which will be usable with Kinect and as well as standard controller, there are a ton of other games too.
Rage, Brink, Modern Warfare 3, Uncharted 3, Little Big Planet 2, Crysis 2, Kingdoms and many, many more awesome titles. So start saving up your cash!

| Well they don't run it like a real awards show, which is a shame. They only actually gave out like three awards on air.
Most of the announcements everyone already knew, the release dates on Mass Effect 3 weren't known however. Forza 4 was the biggest Surprise IMHO.

| I know out of all those announcements I'm looking forward to Elder Scrolls 5.
4 was good, but I couldn't get into it mainly because the graphics, but I have played through 3 on the PC (with the high-def graphics pack, which the next oblivion should have some kick Butt graphics anyways) and it was great, I always liked the older ones, hopefully this goes back to those styles.

| The stories are pretty complex, much more so than what I feel like typing out, but the main quest line is very interesting, and theres a lot of sub quests, its a very good RPG. If you like RPG's that require some level grinding, has large areas to explore, a lot of stuff to see and do aside from the main quest, then you'll like the Elder Scrolls games, but it can be a bit overwhelming, the main downfall I had on IV on the 360/PS3 was it was a release game and can't compare to the games on the PC with high def res mods, the other problems I had with the console versions was the overly complex map systems, which again is where the PC versions came in and have mods for better/easier map systems, even mods that allow you to have the whole "golden trail" much like Fable does to lead you point to point. Overall solid games though if you can get past those 2 points. | |

| Basically, elder scrolls feels to me, like a MMORPG just without the onling element. That sums up how massive the enviroment is/seems to be. | |
