Wave goodbye to Killstreaks. In Modern Warfare 3, players are rewarded with Pointstreaks for racking up their score via kills and completing objectives.
Pointstreaks are split into three different classes known as Strike Packages – Assault, Support, and Specialist –and unlock as you rank up in the game. You can select up to three Strike Packages at a time via Create A Class, but you can’t mix and match Strike Packages amongst separate classes. Assault and Support classes offer rewards typical to Killstreaks in previous Call of Duty games, while the Specialist class lets you rank up Perks to pro-status for every two consecutive kills.
Please note that numbers represent the kills needed to earn the Strike Package. At the time of writing it was not yet clear how earning points impacts available Strike Packages.
