DLC Update

Challenges, Titles and Emblems

It is currently unknown what Challenges, Titles, and Emblems there are, only how many of each. There are 20 new Challenges, 10 Titles, and 10 Emblems.

Perks

Perks are going to be added in the map pack. The first two are new, while the third is from previous games.

* Quickhands (allows the player to switch weapons faster)
* Heterochromaniac (allows the player to toggle thermal vision)
* Overkill (allows the player to equip two primary weapons.)

Weapons

There are three new weapons to be added in the map pack.

* Dragunov - A semi-automatic sniper rifle.
* Skorpion - A submachine gun
* Unknown weapon

Special Ops

There are five new Spec Ops missions in the new section, "Foxtrot".


Release date is March 30th for xbox and a month later for ps3.

Why the fuck did they bring back the dragunov and not the M40A3

Cause dragnov is in single player

it dont matter its schust

Me too... You can't do crap with this stupid MP5K... It has some badass hip fire, but that's about it...

And the dragunov was in spec ops too... I'm glad they added another spec ops mode too since I did the others already

still dont think they should have teh dragunov it was a horrible sniper plus there are already enough semi-auto snipers for modders to spray with

lol, everyone already knows alot of people gonna use the Heterochromaniac perk all ready

It depends what tier they're in because the noobs would NEVER get rid of their beloved stopping power, lol

It will. But is your who screen gonna be in thermal. What bout mini map?

It might... Right now I don't think they've released the tier that these new perks belong to... So it's still a mystery for the moment

I think the thermal perk will def be perk 2

nah i think thermal will be perk 3, overkill perk 2, and the other will be perk 1. dragunov i had a feeling would come in the mappack, i had wondered why they left it in the campaign but not the mp.

I think it'll probably fall under the first tier

i think thermal will be one of the equipment things

Why add more sniper rifles? and semi auto ones at that? It's embarrassing enough having hack snipers spray like 12 shots to try and kill you..

Is this free update or is this tied in with the map packs?

Are you sure this isn't fake Wolf? I got a chain mail message on PS3 that has ALL of the EXACT same things, that was 2 months ago though. Where'd you get this anyway? If it is real, I wonder what the perk's Pro versions do... And it would be kind of dumb to bring back Dragonuv.. Bring back the damn M40A3, only noobs WANT the Dragonuv back. ;\

Also what Crappy said. I would think it's just an update, otherwise people wouldn't be able to play with each due to the ability to copy classes with the deathstreak or pick up other peoples weapons. Doesn't sound very map-packish.

its part of their 'stimulus pack' update and mappack (it was officially released by IW today on their website). i was reading about it on the IW forum, and they are bringing golden guns back:

Quote :

guns with gold camouflage are:
- AK - 47
- P90
- RPD
- Intervention
- PP2000
- Striker
- Desert Eagle

needed to unlock golden camouflage:
- buy Map Pack 1
- 3000 kills with weapons, 300 head shots with weapons (all weapons in that category)
(example: to get golden p90 get 300 kills with all sub-machine guns and 300 headhsots with all sub-machine guns)

if this were true, im never going to even try for golden guns till 10th prestige. personally, it takes about 3000 kills to get 300 headshots for me (took me 2471 kills with the m16 to get fall camo for it). even then, it will make you WORK for it, which makes me happy. you cant just boost the 300 headshots
