There’s no question about the fact that the teams backing the Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 games are going to argue that their respective graphics engines are better than the other. While Battlefield 3 simply will not go down without a fight, many feel that Modern Warfare 3 will have the competitive advantage and will take charge of the competition. They suggest that their console, in a nutshell, will simply outperform the rest. Whether or not this is true remains to be seen in the upcoming months.

As the final weeks approach before the big release dates, there is no doubt that the tension between the two teams is building up and both are beginning to argue for their product more and more. The team behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 seems to be doing a better job at keeping their cool. While the Battlefield team has done their share of haggling, the folks at Call of Duty have not jumped at the same opportunity and have keep things on a more laid back basis.

One of the reasons why the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 game might have a competitive advantage is because of the fact that the team behind it has the reputation for building superb end products. In fact, many feel that Modern Warfare 3 could very well end up being more than anyone ever anticipated. The capability of building a game that can produce 60 fps is something that Call of Duty developers are capable of, and have done. Some claim that this is something that simply cannot be done by the developers of Battlefield 3.

The truth of the matter is that the competitive relationship of the two teams simply will not subside until gamers have the opportunity to discover the truth for themselves. Knowing that Call of Duty developers can produce a game that delivers 60 fps is on of the advantages that Modern Warfare 3 has over Battlefield 3. But don’t expect the developers of Battlefield 3 to give up by any means. In fact, it will probably give them all the more reason to fine tune and make any enhancements to improve the game and help keep them in the running for having the most success.

So what do you think? Does Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 have a huge competitive advantage over Battlefield 3? Will being able to deliver 60 fps be enough to win the competition for the best game? I guess you’ll just have to wait until the official release dates to find out.
