There aren't a ton of cons to be honest, the stuff he was talking about was mostly misunderstandings, turns out you'll be able to buy used games like normal, lend them to friends ect..

The only thing I could see as a con would be that the games need an internet connection to authenticate, but it isn't something to where you cant play games if your internet goes down or anything, they haven't said how often it needs to do this, but probably once a day or couple of days, and mostly when you sleep.

Other than that, the controller looks beast, and it's sporting some hefty hardware.

It was originally reported that you couldn't buy used games without a fee, and that you couldn't rent used games ect.. Since that time it's been cleared up, and you'll be able to do both. The only thing that could be looked at as a con is needing an internet connection, which shouldn't be a problem for any of us, since we all game online anyway.

Basically when you start up a game it authenticates, at that point you don't have to be online anymore to play that game.
