Killzone 2

well for R2 the zoom button is the L1 button. like said ealier the on;y difference is L2 is crouch and run and o is throw grenade thats it lol. and if it bothers you enough you can change the controls around.

im sure killzone 2 will destroy halo. halo doesnt have anything going for it this year. what an expansion (not a new game by the way just a couple of hours of new storyline) and halo wars (and rts usually dont go well with the market) thats not good enough for what killzone 2 is bringing. the game is prolly gonna start out slow but once people catch on its gonna blow halo away.

Its a sheer numbers game Ruler. People buy more 360 games.
There is hardly ever a PS3 game in the top 10 sales of any month. Even MGS4 or LBP.
Halo fans are pretty rabid and most true Halo fans would never have a ps3 anyway. So to say its a Halo killer by any means is retarded.

Ok, so you have an expansions that all halo 3 owners will get because thats how it goes. so you might as well count it as another game because its gonna sell like one. Then you get halo wars, which is another new game, that all halo owners will get because, thats the way it goes.

the thing is killzone 2 is a system seller kind of game. once poeple see how good this game really is people will buy it for the game

Resistance 2 was number 9 on the top selling list in November and COD WaW for PS3 at 6

in october LBP was #8 and suprisingly Socom was #7

i mean its hard to get in the top 10 with wii paly and wii fit being in there forever along with now mario kart. i mean its more of a top 7 lol

in japan its basically only nintendo and sony games. out of 2 months there was one 360 game and that was fall out 3

put it this way the ppl make game informer actually put 360 in the top 10 so its not tht biased also u hav to remember 360 had a better start than PS3 360 had RROD and they would replace for free PS3 would burn ppl houses down sony can not replace also live had a better start with messages and wut not PS3 didnt start selling till they fixed everything tht is pretty much a whole year over 360 got PS3 even had a changed design they started w/ banana controller

im sure killzone 2 will put sony on the map and possibly destroy halo. just because halo has a large community doesnt mean it cant get stomped. look at what call of duty did. and i know halo players(i play with them) no one is planning to get halo wars. the only people getting that are rts fans and thats just because its an rts not because its halo. trust killzone 2 will definitly help sony and possibly kill halo in time if they do it right. all they have to do is keep in touch with the community often like bungie does. thats were a lot of games fail. they dont know how to appeal their audience.

If KZ1 was something then maybe we would have something to be optimistic about. They were better off just making a whole new game in my opinion.
Sony hasn't done anything right this gen, which explains the firing of their President and the consoles 3rd place standing.

the other one seems all right i just hope that kz2 rapes it not in sells obviously because a lot of people cheaped out and got a 360 so theres more hondas than ferraris GET IT! but in quality of gameplay and as for R2 fun game you can customise controll i just like cod better but sniping in R2 is really fun

This thread has quickly turned into a console war thread.
The KZ2 Demo is out tomorrow so I guess we will see, pretty graphics don't phase me as I will be using stricter policies to judge the game. I should have a review of what I think. If it's good then I'll get it, if its bad or has clunky controls then I will skip it.
Lets stop with the Halo killing / Console wars stuff. It's retarded and I don't want to lock the thread.

Fact: Halo is very popluar

Opinion: I dont like it because i like more war games, where it doesnt take a whole clip to kill somebody.
