if vick comes in he wont be garcia but he will certainly be a competant QB
i know he is not great but for all naysayers he does have the 7th best winning% in the NFL in 2001-2006 | |

| He had a decent winning % because at the time the NFL was having problems containing a running style QB like him, with the exception of the Ravens (See Vick broken leg)
He absolutely has the worst completion % and accuracy I've ever seen from a QB.
If I were a Eagles fan and he came in, I'd be feeling pretty bad about my chances. | |
